We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your subscription and request a refund.
Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below.

1. Cancellation of Subscription:
You have the right to cancel your subscription to Rev Academy at any time.
To initiate the cancellation process, please follow these steps:

b. Go to the "Account Settings" section.
c. Locate the "Subscription" tab and click on "Cancel Subscription."
d. Follow the instructions provided to complete the cancellation process.

2. Refund Eligibility:
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our platform.
We offer refunds based on the following conditions:

a. Monthly Subscription:
If you cancel your monthly subscription within the first 7 days after the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
b. Annual Subscription:
If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days after the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
c. In the event of a technical issue or service interruption that significantly impacts your ability to access or use Rev Academy,
you may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Request Process:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

b. Include your full name, email address, and order number in the email.
c. Provide a brief explanation of your reason for requesting the refund.

4. Refund Processing:
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are non-refundable:

a. Any subscription period outside of the specified refund eligibility period.
b. Refunds requested after the specified refund eligibility period.
c. Any purchases made using discount codes, promotional offers, or bundled packages.
Please note that any third-party fees incurred during the purchase or refund process,
such as transaction fees or currency conversion fees, will not be refunded.
